This is how it goes...Adding Muscle Mass with Total Fat and Bone Mass= my weight
Some how sadly, i forgotten to write down the total water in my body on the piece of paper I had. Darn!
For a guy below age 30. 10-20% of total fat in body is normal. I am just 10.5 %
Apparently i am shocked that my muscle mass takes up 84.9 % of my overall body weight. Ok...Gym is the right way to fitness...
Oh...and my BMI is 21. I am within the Normal Range. No longer below 20. lol
For metabolic age...well you know what metabolic means. But in this case it also means my body is younger than my age, which is a good thing. Meaning...My body is 5 years healthier than it should be. Great. I should keep my body in check all the time.
I still find that given the statistic, I don think I am very healthy... Because my body fats is only 6Kg which means it's only 10.5 % of my overall weight. I really wonder I think my fats is way too little though it falls within the norm range. The body needs enough fats to burn and for storage. For my case, no wonder I am so afraid of cold. There's just not enough fats to keep me warm.
For now, I am fine with who I am and What I am. Great!
My visceral fat is way too little. Good... Bad Cholestrol is kept to it's minimal. It's harder to rid visceral fats than the normal fats that we all complain about because it's deep within our skin and organs. In long term, it causes heart disease, hypertension, stroke...etc
The best way of getting rid of visceral fats is walking. of course not at the shopping kind of walking pace or the take a stroll in the park pace. talking about...power walking. OK! I shall eliminate visceral fats... GONE IT SHALL BE.
