Had Dalcrose lesson from 1300-1600 today. Damn Fun but tiring. I quit at 1500... Sorry guys...I am worn out with all the jumping, dancing...etc Dalcrose is a teaching method that teaches music through movement. It helps a lot. It makes you physically feels music alive.
