All the way from my house to Lower Seletar...When we reach there, we did push up and sit-ups...Cool...

Today is the furthest & longest I ever run...
Other time i spend 12 mins running the same route to & fro...and I am done...This time is really POWER PACK...
Maybe to people like CK is nothing...but for one who never exercise for long will think that it's really happening...haha..

Ya and it's abit sinful to eat laksa after that...but well long long time once ar...
Coz i am really not eating supper even or having my dinner late after 7pm...
