OK now...This is for you Esther. OK...you can rot for all I care. of course I look out for results. Do you think the school cares whether you put in effort. Everyone wants to see results. You think effort is everything, then you can jolly well rot in HELL! When you fail your exam, i dare you go tell the teacher in the face that you put in effort. Who cares...It doesnt give you anyway out by saying that. You wont pass your exams because of the word effort. Just using exam as a topic. I don even bother whether you pass your exam.

Compare your effort to someone else's effort. If you cant get something right then jolly well practiced even harder than others to get it right. Even school homework have to be handed in daily or even weekly. Your teacher don even give a damn whether you put in effort. End of the day they want results. The new sample snare arrived yesterday. It is great man! The sound rocks...I am sure people will envy us like mad. Though a few others also have.
