I have a friend who have a difficult choice to make...At last my friend made up his mind.
The question is...To choose family or friends...
It's really a very tough question.
The situation is this...exp...your family is leaving you for a better place...you can choose to join them or leave them. But they will send you the things you need...
I myself including my friend, will stick to friends forever...Coz friends are the one that are always there for us. They were the once who bring life into us.
There are good & bad friends...depending how you choose...But both sides still have fun...But in a different way.
When it comes to family, family will nag...etc...But they inculcate us with what we should know before we go to the outside world. The world is mess up. THerefore, our family ensures that we are ready for it.
We need family for warm & care...in terms of $$$...clothes...etc they give us all.
Therefore if you were to really choose, who will you choose?
A friend cant support you forever unless this friend of your is so bonded with you that he/she is willing to be with you forever wherever you go...in terms of living with you in future...etc...
Never think of BGR/BBR/GGR...just mere friends...close friends...best friends...
Although people says that there are no such things as best or close friends coz of betrayal & stuff But after all if you really think it through, you will know who is really ur best & close friends...Never be blinded by what you see But always think.
For family...They will be there for you verbally but not physically. You can never have them beside you...They only say it through their mouth...That's the support they can give. At most if you do well in exam...or win a comp, all they can do is give you a pat & says good job...maintain it/ improve it...to be better...and then it's either they bring you out for a meal, or holiday or give you cash...
But friends can give you their ears to listen...they can be there for you...they are physically, mentally, emotionally there to support you all the way...we are talking about really great friends here...not hypocrite or some act...I do not need that...No Sympathy...etc...
THough you have different friends at different phase of life, But still friends ensures your everything...your trust, your bond...they do their best to help you...
But family can never always be there...Family can only support you emotionally and mentally...At the end of the day friends are the one that help you up when you have problems whereas family advices you wat to do...
In short friends help you out all the way...while parents act as stepping stones to make sure you don fall back...
IF you really have to choose, who will you choose...
I stick to friends all the way...till the point I was hurt badly...But this does not stop me from being with friends...I just wanna get my friend back...that particular friend back...He none other then my Brother...Brothers for 3 years...
Would you rather choose ??? or your brother that you have known for 3 years.
Though for some reasons, you have never really trusted him when he puts 100% assurance in you.
??? is something like family...whereas I am your brother but friend. THough I have never treated you as my friend...but a brother all along.
This question from my friend really hit me hard to think...To be frank I cried for my friend...It really hurts.
Those of you who knows who's that person, please keep it to yourself...
